Duties to include:
1. Data entry, communicate with depts and head office
2. Perform office & personal tasks assigned by CEO
3. Maintain CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, schedule, phone, emails, etc.
4. Assist Admin, Marketing, Sales & Accounting departments as needed
Requirements: -Bilingual (English/Korean) a must -Excellent Communication skills-written and verbal -Proficient in MS Office-Detail oriented
This is a full-time position with benefits. We are centrally located to both LA & Orange Counties off the 5 & 605 freeways.
